two full single beds and one rollaway bed.\u00a0 Please note that this room is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.<\/p>\n<p>A vanity area easily becomes a home office if you really need to open the laptop.\u00a0 The upper bedrooms have an ensuite and the lower is adjacent to the main bathroom which has a double spa bath.<\/p>\n<p>Your open plan living space is supplied with a Television \/ DVD player and a dock for your iPod or Android device.\u00a0 The upper bedrooms also have their own TV \/ DVD Player.\u00a0 A selection of DVD&#8217;s is available to borrow from reception.\u00a0 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that due to our idyllic and secluded location TV reception can be intermittent.\u00a0 We recommend making the most of your downtime to use the pool, go for a walk around the property, visit the alpacas, read a book, watch a DVD or watch the sun go down over Berry Mountain while sipping on a glass of local wine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area should you decide to eat in, or you may wish to sample the delicious offerings of our local restaurants and caf\u00e9s.\u00a0 A private deck, adjoining the living area, comes complete with gas barbecue and outdoor dining setting so that you may enjoy an al fresco meal on balmy evenings, or take in the sun in the afternoon.<br \/>\nWe also provide basic ingredients for your use including oil, condiments and sauces, and of course tea and coffee.<\/p>\n<p>All our villas have reverse cycle air conditioning. On crisp winter evenings, in addition, you can light up the gas log fires and avail yourself of our cosy throws.<\/p>\n<p>All linens and towels are provided as well as organic and eco-friendly toiletries and a foldaway cot with bedding and a high chair are available on request, subject to availability.\u00a0 <em>(Please request in advance)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Late check-outs &#8211; 11 am.\u00a0 \u00a0You may check-in from 2 pm on your day of arrival, but are welcome to leave your bags at reception if you reach us prior to check-in or ask if an earlier check-in is possible on the day.<\/p>\n<p>There is ample parking outside your lodge. Haven Villa also has a lock-up double garage.<\/p>\n<p>We can easily accommodate families or small groups, so if you wish to book more than one of our villas, let us know your requirements.<\/p>\n<p>We have Installed on the property a TESLA High Power Charger available for guests.
